چکیده
In this work, Raman and autofluorescence spectroscopy in the near-infrared region has been used for examining amelanotic melanoma as most dangerous type of malignant melanoma. There were 9 patients with melanoma, 60 pigmented 120 basal cell carcinoma enrolled study. We studied cases to differentiate them from (n = 120) 60) using portable setup laser excitation source at 785 nm low-cost spectrometer. The spectra different tumor classified projection on latent structure analysis 10-Fold cross-validation. results classification presented box-plot diagrams ROC analysis. obtained 0.53 0.88 AUCs distinguishing versus (1) (2) respectively based joint that allowed one diagnose true but no carcinoma.

We demonstrate a low-cost-stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscope using continuous-wave (cw) lasers as excitation sources. A dual modulation scheme is used to remove the electronic background. The cw-SRS imaging of lipids in fatty liver is demonstrated by excitation of C─H stretch vibration.

Standard Reference Materials SRMs 2241 through 2243 are certified spectroscopic standards intended for the correction of the relative intensity of Raman spectra obtained with instruments employing laser excitation wavelengths of 785 nm, 532 nm, or 488 nm/514.5 nm. These SRMs each consist of an optical glass that emits a broadband luminescence spectrum when illuminated with the Raman excitation ...
متن کاملRaman Spectra of a PMMA Microstructured Optical Fibre and Direct Measurement of Its Gain Coefficient
A polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microstructured polymer optical fiber (mPOF) is fabricated and characterized. Using the cut-back technique the fiber loss is measured which is higher than the step-index silica fibers. Through a novel experimental scheme, the backward Stokes spectrum of the fabricated mPOF is recorded over a range exceeding 3000 cm‑1 during the cut-back method and compared ...
متن کاملStudying Stimulated Raman Activity in Surface-Enhanced Femtosecond Stimulated Raman Spectroscopy by Varying the Excitation Wavelength.
We present the first multiwavelength surface-enhanced femtosecond stimulated Raman spectroscopy (SE-FSRS) study, as well as the first observation of anti-Stokes vibrational features in SE-FSRS spectra. We compare stimulated Raman loss (SRL) and stimulated Raman gain (SRG) signals at three pump wavelengths chosen to sample different portions of nanoparticle aggregate localized surface plasmon re...
